Shipping

To ensure that your package is delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please verify that your address is correctly entered with all relevant and required information. I am NOT responsible if you do not receive your package because you entered the incorrect address. Please double-check the information before you continue.

COST

The cost of shipping is estimated at checkout.

PROCESSING 

We know you want your order as soon as humanly possible. We are just as excited for you to receive your new nails! We ship premade sets out within 48 business hours of purchase. For custom sets, the processing time is between 1-3 weeks. If you need your nails by a specific date please order your set at least 2 weeks before that date. 

Be aware, that orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday. 

TRANSIT TIME

All orders are shipped by USPS within 24-48 business hours of purchase or completion, depending on the shipping method you select. Shipping transit time begins once the order ships. Your estimated shipping timeframe would depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Day 

Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Day

Please note, we cannot guarantee a shipment date or approximate arrival and  that the shipping transit times above are only estimations by the carrier USPS. The dates can also be changed due to weather so please stay mindful of that.

TRACKING

You're able to track your package every step of the way. Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the contact information associated with your order. 

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately.  They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, UNLESS THERES DAMAGE ISSUES TO THE PRODUCT.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

Due to the type of products we sell, we do not do refunds. All sales are final. Unless there is clear damage to the product upon arrival, we will not accept refunds. 

Damaged Goods

For damaged products please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Sizing

Please double-check your sizing before placing an order, as all custom press-on nail sets are made to order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer, and refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for this reason.
We strongly recommend ordering a sizing kit before purchasing your first set to ensure a perfect fit.

Local Pick Up


Orders must be picked up within 14 days of the ready-for-pickup date. Any order not picked up within this timeframe will result in a $10 late fee. If the late fee is not paid within 48 hrs of the invoice being sent the money spent on the order will be refuned as store credit.
